I believe that healing happens in sacred space — both within us and around us. The energy of a place, the intention behind it, and the people who gather there all shape our ability to soften, expand, and return to ourselves.

For me, space isn’t just physical — it’s an experience. Through my sound healing work as Cosmic Dragonfly, Reiki, and embodied practices, I hold space for deep renewal, clarity, and connection. I also find profound meaning in creating enviornments where others can arrive, rest and remember who they are.

My Journey & Approach

Through years of devotion to sound, energy, and inner work, I’ve come to understand healing as a process of remembering — returning to coherence through presence, vibration, and love in motion. My approach bridges ancient wisdom with modern science, blending the precision of frequency with the art of intuitive listening.

The path that shaped this work has unfolded through years of study, mentorship, and direct experience — a living lineage of teachers and trainings that informs everything I offer.

Lineage & Training

My path spans over two decades of study in sound, energy, and embodiment.

I am a Reiki Master Practitioner, trained through the Usui lineage with Jennifer Brinn, Rosie De La Cruz, and Dana Welch. I have completed advanced studies in Sound Healing with David Gibson and others at the Globe Institute, as well as with Simona Asinovski & Guy Douglas of Sound Meditation Presents.

My work is supported by teachers who deepen my awakening and intuitive development through mentorship in feminine wisdom, nervous-system mastery, and multidimensional energy work. Their guidance continues to enrich my practice and the medicine I offer.
