I’m Gina Lola, a Reiki Master and sound healing practitioner based in Sausalito, California. I offer private Reiki sessions, personalized sound healing, and small-group sound journeys designed to support deep rest, nervous-system regulation, and embodied presence.

I believe that healing happens in sacred space — both within us and around us. The energy of a place, the intention behind it, and the people who gather there all shape our ability to soften, expand, and return to ourselves.

For me, space isn’t just physical — it’s an experience. Through my sound healing work as Cosmic Dragonfly, Reiki, and embodied practices, I hold space for deep renewal, clarity, and connection. I’m especially devoted to creating environments where people can arrive, rest, and remember who they are.

My Journey & Approach

Through years of devotion to sound, energy, and inner work, I’ve come to understand healing as a process of remembering — a return to coherence through presence, vibration, and love in motion.

My approach bridges ancient wisdom with modern understanding, blending the precision of frequency with the art of intuitive listening. This work has been shaped through years of study, mentorship, and lived experience — a living lineage of teachers and trainings that continues to inform everything I offer.

Lineage & Training

My path spans over two decades of study in sound, energy, and embodiment.

I am a Reiki Master Practitioner, trained in the Usui lineage, with teachers including Jennifer Brinn, Rosie De La Cruz, and Dana Welch. I’ve completed advanced studies in Sound Healing with David Gibson at the Globe Institute, as well as with Simona Asinovski & Guy Douglas of Sound Meditation Presents.

My work is supported by mentors who deepen my intuitive development through feminine wisdom, nervous-system mastery, and multidimensional energy work. Their guidance enriches my practice and the medicine I offer.

The Temple Below Sea Level is my floating wellness sanctuary in Sausalito, created as a space to return to presence.
