I’m Gina Lola.

I’m a Reiki Master and ceremonial sound artist working with energy, sound, and space to support coherence —the state where your system begins to return to its own natural rhythm.

I offer private Reiki sessions, personalized sound healing, and small-group sound journeys designed to support deep rest, nervous-system regulation, and embodied presence.

Sessions take place in my floating sanctuary, a space designed for depth and quiet. There’s space here to slow down, soften, and settle back into yourself.

Ceremonial Sound Sessions
Live, channeled sound journeys guided in real time.
These sessions use layered instrumentation and binaural relationships to support a drop into slower brainwave states, including theta, where deeper restoration and integration can occur.

The Sound

I work with crystal singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drums, harmonic chimes, voice, and layered tonal fields.

The sound evolves in real time, guided by what’s happening in the space and what’s ready to move.

At times it’s expansive and immersive. At others, minimal and precise.

Lineage

I’m a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, trained with Jennifer Brinn.

My sound work has been shaped through study with Simona Asinovski and Guy Douglas of Sound Meditation Presents, and David Gibson et al at the Globe Institute, along with years of personal practice and exploration.

My work is supported by mentors who deepen my intuitive development through feminine wisdom, nervous-system mastery, and multidimensional energy work. Their guidance enriches my practice and the medicine I offer.
