Under the Sea is my signature group sound bath experience inside Temple Below Sea Level. An invitation to step below the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of your body through immersive sound.

Gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drums, rain sticks, storm drum, chimes, and shamanic percussion create a deeply immersive soundscape inside Temple Below Sea Level, a floating sanctuary aboard a Sausalito houseboat in Marin County.

Settle onto your mat and let the sound carry you below the surface. Release some of what you’ve been holding. Make space. Reset.

Sound baths are offered Thursdays and Saturday. The schedule is updated regularly. Each journey welcomes up to five guests.
